一主多从，如果三个从机同时连接，最快能达到多少秒，并且能ntf数据
ms级别 可以忽略时间
可是目前我一主三从，如果都不enable ntf 连接需要十多秒，并且使能ntf，会使得 时间很长，加了超时断开重连也只能达到三十多秒才能使三个设备同时ntf，是为什么呢，是因为ntf太占用资源了吗
